Donate
What you no longer need, someone else does.
Every donation from Zwickau and the district becomes something somebody can afford.
We gladly take
- Well-kept furniture: wardrobes, tables, chairs, beds, sofas, shelves
- Working appliances: fridges, cookers, washing machines, small appliances
- Household goods: crockery, pots, cutlery, lamps, bed linen, towels
- Books, games, pictures, decoration
We cannot take
- Broken, heavily soiled or incomplete items
- Appliances that no longer work
- Very large pieces when space is short. Since the move we only have 220 square metres, so please ask first.
Two ways
We collect, or you bring it.
Pick-up in the district
Call us, tell us what you have, and we arrange a date. We collect across the whole Zwickau district.
Drop it off
During opening hours we take your items directly at the shop. Tuesday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm, Katharinenstraße 47.
Household clearance
If a whole flat has to be emptied, we take care of it. Good items go to the shop, the rest is disposed of properly.
Money
Rent and electricity need paying too.
If you would like to support the association with money, get in touch. We will give you the bank details and a donation receipt on request. The association is a registered charity.
Email the association“My heartfelt thanks go to the people of Zwickau. Without their help and donations this project would never have happened.”
