Volunteer
Ten people keep this place going. Be the eleventh.
The shop lives on people who give time. In the shop, on the van, in people's homes.
What you could do
In the shop.
Sales and shop floor
Advise customers, take in goods, write price tags, fill shelves.
On the road.
Collect and deliver
Collect donations, deliver furniture, help with removals and clearances. Strong arms and a driving licence help.
In people's homes.
Help at home
Company to the doctor, shopping, reading aloud, a walk. For people who cannot manage everything alone any more.
Good to know
Voluntary, but not for nothing.
The association pays a monthly expense allowance. It is tax-free and is not counted against social benefits. How much time you give, we agree together.
